How far is the Hotel from Barcelona/Girona Airport?
We are 72 km from Barcelona airport and 45 km from Girona airport.
What time can I check into the room?
Check-in will be from 1:00 p.m. and check-out will be until 10:00 a.m.
Is the entrance to the hotel open during the night?
You can enter and leave the hotel at any time of the day and night.
Our reception is active 24 hours.
What do I have to do to make sure I have a room with OCEAN VIEW?
You have to book a Sea View room.
You can also request the change of category by email, where you will be informed about the supplements and availability.
Is it possible to book without a credit card?
For online bookings through our hotel website, we accept only credit cards.
If you request it by email, you can also fix your reservation by bank transfer.
What credit cards are accepted?
VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.
We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.
What does the NON-REFUNDABLE fee mean?
This rate is the cheapest, because it does not allow changes or cancellations without expenses, which will be 100%, that is, in no case will the amount be refunded.
What does the REFUNDABLE rate/ Direct payment at the Hotel mean?
According to the conditions of the reservation we will charge 30% to insure it. In case you cancel your reservation in the established period your deposit will be returned in the next 72 Hours.
At what age is the child rate considered?
Up to 11 years is considered child rate.
With 12 years or more is considered adult.
At what age is it considered a baby?
Up to 1.99 years of age it is considered a baby rate, which has no additional cost.
How can I request a cot?
It must be requested in advance by phone, email or at the time of booking specifying it in the observations.
Is there any additional cost? Baby cots are free for young travellers.
Are the slides and splash zone open all season?
The Splash zone is open from 15/05/2023 to 30/09/2023 both included.
The slides are open from June to September.
The swimming pool is open from the opening to the closing of the Hotel.
From what age can they access the slides?
To be able to jump off the slide, the child must have a minimum height of 1.10 cm.
What is a triple room?
The room has two double beds or a double bed and a single bed, depending on availability.
What is a quadruple room?
The Quadruple Room has two double beds.
We do not have rooms with 4 single beds.
What is a quintuple and sixfold room?
The quintuple rooms consist of two double beds and a single bed.
The sextuple rooms are on request and consist of three double beds.
How does air conditioning work?
You can autonomously regulate the air conditioning with the remote control in each room during the summer months.
What is the room equipped with?
Select the room you are interested in on our website and check its equipment.
How does the Internet work in the hotel?
It is free, both in common areas and in the rooms.
Are there foods for lactose intolerant, celiac, wheat allergic or diabetic?
Yes, let us know in advance and we will prepare the right products for your arrival.
How can I get a bike/car?
Our reception will help you with the rental.
Are there hot drinks available in the room?
We have a rental service of water heaters for the rooms, after a deposit of € 20, which will be returned upon delivery of keys.
Can I rent an iron?
We have a rental service of irons for the rooms, previous deposit of € 20, which will be returned upon delivery of keys.
Are there towels for the pool or do I have to bring it?
At the reception, we have towels for the pool.
A deposit of 20€ per towel is left and can be changed as many times as necessary during your stay.
The deposit will be returned when the towel is finally delivered.
Is there a computer or printer at the hotel that guests can print on?
At the reception we have a printing service for airline tickets, PDF files.
Price: 0,50€ x ticket, boarding passes, etc.
Can I order tourist routes or call taxis from the hotel?
Yes, and also at the hotel reception we will recommend excursions and outings.
Is there a breakfast buffet at the hotel?
Yes, enjoy a wide selection of delicatessen in our breakfast restaurant.
Are there lunches and dinners at the hotel? And in the surroundings?
Yes, you can have lunch and dinner at the hotel. In the vicinity of the hotel there are all kinds of restaurants, international and national.
What does Half Board include?
Includes breakfast and other food services, being able to choose lunch or dinner. Drinks are not included, only water enters.
What does Full Board include?
Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are not included, only water enters.
What does the All Inclusive include?
Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks.
Bar service from 10:00 to 23:30.
Snack Bar service by the pool from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with fastfood (fries, kebabs, hamburgers, etc.) and cocktails.
(Some brands have a 50% discount.)
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not allowed.
What power connection do I need for my electrical appliances?
The current is 220 volts, with a Spanish plug.
Is it possible to book parking? What additional cost does it have?
Yes. We have our own parking. It has a cost of € 14 per night.
From what age can the child be left in the mini club alone?
From the age of 4.
Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by parents.
